I've had the same problem, but it is actually very easy.
Send a mail to majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and put in the messagebox
(not in the subjectbox!!):

unsubscribe linrad <your emailadres>

As I see you have two mailaddresses, you would have to send two of these
mails!
