[Linrad] Linrad-03-02

Hi Leif,

I am able to get the Perseus working fine with the 03-02 and new files from Microtel. 

I am having 1 small problem. If I exit the program using the Esc key it works fine. If I exit the program with the X in the upper right corner of Linrad the program doesn't shut down. I see the program not responding window and need to select END NOW or Cancel buttons. I have not tried 03-02 with the WSE hardware so this may be just related to Perseus hardware and Linrad.
