Hello Leif ,

tnx for information I will try agn.
When I said UBUNTU installation ran flawessly , I meant that at no time I 
have been told that I needed to get connected to the Internet.
I recall I saw that UBUNTU could be OK on Linrad with the SDR-IQ board , so 
I will try to keep this one.
I've also got a mail from W3SZ , thanks Roger , pity direct mail exchange no 
working
