[linrad] RE: SVGALIB installation problem Hurra!

You mean you unpacked the Linrad files into a directory and
then stopped. 

I suggest you try the ./configure command. There is a chance that
you already have sound running as part of the Linux installation.
You might find other problems with svgalib or gcc (hopefully not)

Once compilation is sucessful you can see if Linrad finds any 
sound device that works. If not, you have to start to worry 
about that. Then run ./configure again before make to compile
a new Linrad executable if you have installed OSS.
