[linrad] Re: Linrad/Suse crashes!



It seems ALSA has crashed. The reason could be in svgalib, ALSA
itself or the combination. Maybe the time to serve one interrupt
is too long and that some error in a device driver causes incorrect
behaviour when another interrupt happens simultaneously.

I suggest you try another driver for svgalib, VESA, VGA or something
big enough to allow Linrad to run but different from what you normally
use. If the error is still there I suggest you update ALSA to its
latest version and if that does not help, try to install OSS.
