[linrad] lir00-48 and console switching

Leif,

    Installed lir00-48 on my PC running RH7.3 and tried console 
switching.   The PC did not crash and the sound did survive the switch but 
the display did not.   I had to exit linrad to get a display back.   Tried 
running linrad in both console 2 and xwindows  and switching to console 3 
with the same result.
