- For private persons within EU we request prepayment to our bank account. 25% VAT is added to the price.
- We invoice VAT registrered companies within EU, terms of payment 30 days.

WSE products are fully documented. We have purposefully built them with components that the common radio amateur can purchase and replace so there should really be no problem if repair should be necessary.
- WSE non-warranty products are fully tested prior to delivery.
- WSE non-warranty products are sold as is without any kind of warranty.
- The price includes shipment with tracking number and insurance through Posten.
- We send the WSE non-warranty products to radio amateurs with an invoice to be paid within 30 days. You may, if you so desire, return the product untampered to us within 30 days. We will then only invoice you for the freight cost. You have to pay the return freight yourself.
