Cold ice cubes.

The image below shows the Linrad screen when one tray of ice cubes directly from the freezer was put into a stable ice/water slurry (crushed ice.)

The first time slot with S/N=33.4520 dB is the long time stable temperature. When the cold ice is added and the mixture stirred, S/N ratio improves by 0.0023 dB corresponding to a temperature change of 0.16 degrees.

It takes several hours until the temperature is stable again. The reason for the relatively rapid variations in temperature is that the mixture was stirred now and then and the dummy moved relatively to the cold ice cubes.
