The screen dump provides the following info where the NF of the LNA itself is assumed to be 0.4731 dB and the dissipative loss of all DUTs are assumed to be 0.1084 dB.

The average of NONE is 0.5114 dB which means that (0.5114 - 0.4731 + 0.1084) = 0.1467 dB has to be added to levels with cable combinations to get the corresponding NF values with negative sign.
