MinGW for Linrad and Portaudio.
MinGW is free software under the terms of the GNU General Public License.
It can be downloaded from

To make installation of MinGW easier this file is provided:
mingw516nasmusb.zip (24668510 bytes)
Unpack it in your root directory C:\ to get a directory mingw
that contains all subdirectories and files needed for Linrad and Portaudio.
This zip file includes nasm and libusb to become complete for Linrad.
It also contains fortran to make it useful for e.g. OMNEC.
