Just took a look at Analog's mixers at   www.analog.com/bulletins/switch-mux

Interesting to see that their ADG918 specs list:   (a single, not quad 
device)

   On switching time 5 ns
   Off switching time 4 ns

   1dB compresson P-1dBm DC to 1000 MHz 20 dBm

   Third Order Intermodulation Intercept IP3  900 MHz, 5 dBm  35 dBm

Looks like someone is looking at the (as they say in the medical 
literature) off label uses!

And results pretty well in line with some of the Ham results published.
