[linrad] xlinrad 02.06a / error 23855

Hi Leif and All,

Despite the alarming Valgrind reports about memory leaks, xlinrad 02.06a is 
performing extremey well on both my  Suse 10.0 distro (kernel 2.6.13 SMP) 
with OSS and my Suse 9.3 distro (kernel 2.6.11 )  with Alsa :-)

The only minor glitch I found is related to the question in option U from the 
main menu:
'Use close and reopen for D/A when a new signal is selected ...'

If I enter Y ( DA STOP/START [1] in par_userint ) everything works fine.
If I enter N ( DA STOP/START [0]  in par_userint ) xlinrad issues an error 
message 23855 when a new signal is selected .
