The local oscillator of the RX70 unit is changed.
It now has an amplitude limiter which improves short term frequency stability.

The text (133) is rewritten to make clear that the oscillator at
2.5 MHz is designed for a low level of the flat noise floor
and that it does not have good performance with respect to
flicker noise. It is fine for the purpose but VHF oscillators
needed to convert from amateur bands to 70 MHz and from
70 MHz to 2.5 MHz have to be more carefully designed.
Low noise close to the carrier does not necessarily implicate low
noise at large frequency separations or vice versa.
